MC Design is committed to selling high-quality products but we also know there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
We will willingly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt of your order, provided you can show us your dispatch note and/or receipt and the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition, with its original materials, manuals and accessories intact. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging.
